Therica Boggs, L.M.T.
Therica Boggs, L.M.T. graduated from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in 2020. She has been practicing massage since 2021. Therica graduated with an emphasis in cupping, deep tissue and hot stone massage. As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals needs. She enjoys using techniques to help encourage an optimum environment for healing, such as cupping, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Therica enjoys learning and is passionate about developing and advancing her skills to better help her clients. Shortly after joining Heart of Florida Chiropractic she completed her Advanced Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner Training in Orlando. Therica joined the team and began providing massage therapy in Haines City at Heart of Florida Chiropractic in July of 2022 after relocating to Florida from Tennessee. Therica was honored as the winner of the Four Corners Sun 2024 Reader’s Choice Awards! She is also the chef behind Heart of Florida Chiropractic’s 1st Place and two time People’s Choice Award Winning Chili!

Tiffanie Higgins, LMT was born in Tennessee and discovered the benefits of massage therapy while recovering from a shoulder injury. After moving to Florida and looking for a new career she entered the Massage Therapy program at Ridge Technical College. She completed the program and has been licensed since 2015 and has enjoyed helping people through massage ever since. She has worked in Chiropractic Offices since getting licensed 2015 and joined the Heart of Florida Chiropractic team in February of 2025.
